As we welcome the first day of December, we thought this might be a good time to announce the return of our turkey packages for the 2021 holiday season.
Pick-up will be in the afternoon on December 24th. Please see attached the info card for details of this year's package -- available in three different size options. The fresh prepared items include carved turkey, our signature stuffing, pan gravy and house recipe cranberry sauce, packaged, ready to be heated and served at your special feast.
Place your order by 4 PM on December 21st by email at bonnecuisine@mymts.net or by calling us at 204-793-5368. Tell us what package size you wish to order and your contact information. We will confirm by email your order details within 48 hours, and provide payment information.

Tell us what items you wish to order, your preference for Wednesday pick-up or Thursday delivery, and your contact information. We will confirm by email your order details by end of day on Monday.
A reminder, anyone wishing to recycle foil containers, lids, sheets, even can tabs, are welcome to hand them over when we deliver your next order. The foil pieces collected go to the Shrine Recycling Program in support of the Shrine Hospital Patient Transportation Fund.

Guests will be served a traditional Danish Christmas dinner featuring Flæskesteg (roast pork with crackling), rødkål (Danish red cabbage), brunede kartofler (caramelized new potatoes), and ris a l’amande (rice pudding with almonds). The evening is guaranteed to get you in the holiday mood and will have you singing Christmas carols and trying your luck with the prize draws.

The Norwegian Canadian Club's popular annual Lutefisk & Meatball Dinner will return to an in-person format, Saturday, Nov. 6th, at the Scandinavian Cultural Centre
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner being served at 6:00 p.m.
The mouth-watering menu, as prepared by Bonne Cuisine, includes meatballs in gravy, lutefisk (with butter or cream sauce), mashed potatoes, cooked carrots, lefse and dessert.
Cost is $30.00 per adult, $13.00 for children under age 12. Payment will be accepted at the door by cash, cheque or contactless card.
Reservations are required by Tuesday Nov. 2, by contacting Janet by email at jac2@mymts.net.
Numbers will be limited, so reserve early to avoid disappointment. Please indicate your name, contact information, and number (and names) in your party.
As in all in-house events at the Centre, participants must be fully vaccinated against COVID19 and be able to produce proof of vaccination at the door.
